1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Revoke platform ("Service"), operated by MKG Labs Ltd ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. By registering for the Service, you authorize us to act as your authorized agent to submit privacy and data removal requests on your behalf.

2. Description of Service & No-Guarantee Clause

Revoke provides an automated infrastructure to scan for your personal footprint across US data brokers and people-search sites, and dispatches automated CCPA, CPRA, and GDPR opt-out/takedown requests to these entities.

Important Disclaimer: We act strictly as your authorized agent to execute opt-out requests. We do not own, control, or operate any data brokers. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee the permanent or total removal of all your data from the internet. The success and timeline of data removal are strictly dependent on the legal compliance, internal processing times, and verification mechanisms of the targeted third-party data registries.

3. Authorized Agent Mandate

By using the Service, you grant MKG Labs Ltd the legal authority and power of attorney to act as your Authorized Agent under applicable privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). You permit us to communicate with data brokers, submit removal demands, agree to terms of service on third-party sites solely for the purpose of processing opt-outs, and verify your identity using the details you provide.

4. Accurate Identity Provision

To successfully execute takedowns, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information (including full legal name, date of birth, and addresses). The Company holds no liability for failed removals or incomplete scans resulting from inaccurate, falsified, or incomplete information provided by the user.

5. Indemnification & Fraudulent Representation

You explicitly warrant that all personal data submitted to the Service is your own. Submitting information belonging to another individual without their explicit, documented legal consent is strictly prohibited. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MKG Labs Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from your submission of fraudulent, unauthorized, or third-party information.

6. No Legal Advice

MKG Labs Ltd operates solely as a technical facilitator and authorized agent for privacy opt-outs. We are not a law firm. No communication, service description, or automated dispatch provided by the Service should be construed as legal advice or legal representation.

7. Billing, Retainers, and Cancellation

The Service is billed as a recurring monthly or annual retainer via our authorized Merchant of Record. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your protection protocols will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which automated defense scanning will cease. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for initial purchases. If you are dissatisfied with the execution of the Service within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, FastSpring. FastSpring is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

8. Delivery and Fulfillment Policy

Upon successful processing of your payment by our Merchant of Record, your initial comprehensive privacy audit report will be generated and delivered to your registered email address within twenty-four (24) hours. Subsequently, to ensure transparent monitoring of your privacy status, executive summary reports detailing the ongoing takedown processes and successfully purged databases will be delivered to your email at bi-weekly (14-day) intervals for the duration of your active retainer.

9. Governing Law & Corporate Information

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
