Authorized Agent Designation & Limited Power of Attorney

1. Appointment of Authorized Agent

I hereby explicitly appoint, designate, and authorize MKG Labs Ltd. (operating as "Revoke") to act as my true and lawful Authorized Agent for the purpose of exercising my data privacy rights.

2. Scope of Authority (Limited Power of Attorney)

This authorization is strictly limited to exercising my privacy rights under applicable data protection frameworks. I grant Revoke the full legal authority to act on my behalf to:

• Submit requests to know, access, delete, and opt-out of the sale or sharing of my personal information, including my home address, phone numbers, and associated aliases.
• Communicate with data brokers, people-search websites, public registries, and other commercial entities holding my personal data.
• Execute and sign (digitally or otherwise) necessary forms, declarations, and legal demands required by such entities to process my privacy requests.

3. Regulatory Frameworks

This mandate encompasses my rights under, but not limited to, the following legislation (where applicable based on my residency):

• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) / California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - EU/UK
• Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and all other enacted state, federal, or international privacy laws.

4. Declaration of Accuracy

Under penalty of perjury, I declare that the personal details I have provided to Revoke via the secure checkout process are accurate. I understand that data brokers may require Revoke to provide certain identifying information (such as my date of birth or state of residence) solely for the purpose of locating and purging my records, and I authorize this limited disclosure for verification purposes.

5. Term and Revocation

This authorization remains in full force and effect until I formally revoke it by terminating my Revoke subscription or providing written notice to operations@revoke.so.
